Singapore is this special place that I love returning to. Last weekend we drove to Sentosa to attend the Empower Network Singapore event where David Wood and David Sharpe shared the empower message for the first time outside of US.
On the first day there were nearly 1000 people who came to see them speak. On the second day was for a more closed group of less than 200.
1. Networking and picking brains of super producers
Since it was the first event of it’s kind in the region it attracted some great people 5, 6, 7 figure earners to look at it. Especially the second day was much more intimate so it was much easier to bounce ideas, have some good conversations etc
2. Manage your focus and manage your energy
When you observe someone speak who sold products for over billion dollars and built an organisation of over 1 million people globally, you cannot resist asking the question, how on earth did he do it? And he told us, it is all about managing your focus and your energy. Very powerful distinctions.
3. The power of posture
I always love hearing the story behind the story, when you see “the overnight success”, you quickly learn that most of the time there was this turning point where the person DECIDED to own it and to take the full responsibility for his/her life, business and action.
4. Play big and think big
It was very refreshing to get 6 & 7 figure earners share the psychology of thinking big, playing big, and going all in. It is a state change and a very different level of commitment.
